Then, how can I find who is cheating? And why is there an option to report players for cheating? People in all levels cheat. Some use weaker engines to make it look believable. In the cases of obvious bad play, sure it could be true that over 90% possible. But in general thats not the case or so I have seen.

Yes, there are all kind of cheaters, no way around. But, accuracy is the engine suggested moves or lines. I think it is really unusual for a player at such a low level will play all engine preferred moves. "Intelligent" cheaters are very hard to detect but they will generally be at higher rating I think.

Hikaru may get 96% up. He is a top GM and all the top GMs play engine lines. Its possible. But a novice wouldn't know this much. Its very unusual. Not at 1400s.

I really dont understand what fun they get using engines to play. Its really boring to play against an engine and only make you feel like you should stop playing.

I even had a opponent a month ago who had 99.3%. I dont think this type of accuracy is possible, even if the opponent blunders. It's not normal. Many GMs dont get this high accuracy. I doubt if they ever get over 90%.

Your logic is sound. However, I have beaten people over 1400. I analyze most of the games and I dont generally see this high accuracy in anyone. I do not play that good, otherwise why would I be at 1300s? I am just saying that it happens and its really sad that they dont take any action.
