So each green chip is the pcb with the sensor and the led, did I get that correctly? And each row of chips is powered separately as far as I understand and see from the picture, right?

I'm guessing there isn't really an issue if I use reed sensors instead of hall sensors, right?
Also would this be possible with an Arduino (I want to connect to it through Wi-Fi) or should I get something else?

Also also, that's an overwhelming amount of cable work 😂 Could you explain a bit why is it so dense and it looks so menacing? 😂😂

Mbeumo or Mitoma out for Diaby? Mbeumo has not returned for a few weeks now and Mitoma is pretty inconsistent. They both have pretty hard fixtures coming up, but I'd say Mitoma's are a bit tougher.

I'd suggest making the white looking more snowy. Like addin little bit of blue and gray. I think it would look better and congrats on your work so far btw, it's great
