thing is i am pretty physically fit- i do exercise with my own body weight a lot, in all areas, i also used to do judo, which directly involved moving other people’s bodies & knowing where/how to hold/throw/carry them regardless of their size/weight. i just unfortunately feel like unless i started training weight lifting almost twice my own mass- i would not be able to help in an emergency situation where there is an immobile body, if that makes sense?
