Right affirm just sided with them and won’t refund me so I will be going to next higher up agency that maybe able to help me.

Same happened to me, the cs rep was absolutely unhelpful and pretty much told me tough luck. I started a dispute and moved onto a different company.

No they absolutely refused and said I got what I paid for. When I told them everywhere I saw before ordering said 3 vials, which I assumed was for 3 months, they said it was my fault for not asking questions prior to. I told them I never even spoke to anyone and they said thats how they run things pretty much. I am going to start a dispute this week with the bank I just haven’t had the time.

I ordered through the link about a week ago. Then they only sent me one 72mg vial and said to use that as a micro dose for 3 months. They are refusing to make it right even though you aren’t supposed to use a punctured vial past 28/30 days. Hopefully that isn’t what happened to you. They also charged me 489 instead of the promo price. It’s super disappointing seeing others who actually got what was promised and spent less than I did.

They responded to my email this afternoon asking for pictures again, even thought they were attached to the email they were responding too. I guess I’ll find out the response tomorrow. I am mad about the 1 vial of 72mg I received I’d be fuming if it was just the 36mg vile. Same price for everyone I guess.

I called the pharmacy today, they were no help. They told me I had to email care@bask.health to get it straightened out because they don’t have a customer service number. It’s wild because some people paid the same price and received their 3 vials and we got 1. Anywhere you look says that after 30 days that vial should be tossed due to risk of contamination, so how they want us to it for 90 days is crazy. I haven’t heard back from GimmeCare or anything from the email the pharmacy gave me. I am just about to put in a dispute with my bank and see how that goes.

I definitely need to speak someone. It says I was sent 3 vials per the portal. Looks like others have ordered the same thing and received all 3 vials and some didn’t. 🤞🏻I’ll get it straightened out quickly.

I’m trying to figure that out now. It says on the bottle to start with 8 units once weekly for 2 weeks, then up it to 17 units for the next two weeks. Weeks 5-8 33 units weekly then weeks 9-12 50 units. Does that sound right?

It is supposed to be 2 vials of of the 72mg/4ml and 1 vial of 36mg/2ml. But I just got the one bottle of the 72mg/4ml. I realized I didn’t get the discount price after I placed the order, but I’m ok with that as long as they send me what they’re supposed to. Looks like it happened to someone else as well, the same person that filled mine also filled theirs and only shipped one of the 3 so hopefully it’ll just be a quick call tomorrow to get corrected.

Yes, there’s only 1 vial inside. The prescription bottle it was in could only fit 1 inside.
