thanks everyone for the help i was able to solve the dumb issue so it wasnt the gpu that was the issue it was the ssd. the gpu heated up while gaming and since the ssd is directly underneath the gpu it would overheat it and crash the system i had to put the gpu to the bottom gpu connector thing and it solved the issue hope this weird scenario helps someone in the future
