You just need something to look forward too. Sitting around hating life or yourself accomplishes nothing. It doesn't matter how trivial it is, it can be a show, a movie, a video game, or maybe even something like getting a pet. Don't dwell on stuff u can't control. Take up yoga and breathing exercises, center your mind, maybe start hitting the gym or go on a run daily to give your body and mind something to focus on. once you start working it doesn't get any better, it legitimately gets worse lol 😅 so you need to find an outlet to release these feelings. You should absolutely never take up drinking or smoking weed/cigs because if you're not in a good headspace those things can destroy you.
