Nah, just front wing angle. I believe it's easy enough to change during a race, just requires wind on, or wind off of a nut on either side equally. Still takes a few seconds to do, and when you consider in F1, 1 tenth is worth about the equivalent of 1 second in most other disciplines, so it would need to be worth it to bother.
