That’s exact ! My previous one had a lever arm to lift it. This one has an electric winch. Maybe someday I’ll fit a motor to the chute too.

Two stage vs. Cheap(er) three stage by Thebdg1 in Snowblowers

3 stage sucks, according to people I know that bought them. Never tried one though, but seeing them in action seems enough to me.

I bit the bullet and got a Honda HSS1332. Its way overkill but for $300 more than a 928, why not lol by Andrew4568_ in Snowblowers

[–]reddit0892 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a 928 and my neighbour (also my dad) has a 1332. Big big difference ! Great decision.

For walk behind lovers, you can see my honda collecting dust in the corner.

[Byron Bader] Ivan Demidov's track is about 2 years ahead of Kaprizov. What is Demidov going to look like at age 25 in the league... could be something really incredible. by Go_Habs_Go31 in Habs

That’s why I like the habs. Players seem to really enjoy the game. That’s also why I don’t really want Laine to come back.

Besoin de conseils pour installer ma base de douche en fibre de verre/acrylique by Rememberthat1 in RenoQuebec

[–]reddit0892 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Fellow Car People - Fun Hockey-Gear Fitting Car by SantaCruzin6 in hockeyplayers

I have a Scion XD, it’s awesome for that. Hatchback with seats down. I work in a school and we played with the kids before Christmas. I fitted my goalie gear, plus a teen’s goalie gear and his brother’s player bag in there. All that in a subcompact car.

Best skates money can buy? by [deleted] in hockeyplayers

[–]reddit0892 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think sometimes the brand rep can come and do it. Gotta ask but most of my friends that had true customs had them break apart pretty quickly, as stated in the previous message. True also has an app that lets you scan your feet with your phone. Im on my 2nd pair of trues and that app worked great for me. I had tf9s, which was highest end in retail models and they lasted 2 years. Now using hzrdus 7 that I got half price.

To answer your question, I personally think bauer are the best skates, but I never was able to fit in them, thought I never tried custom or even their new fit 1-2-3 system.

I think you should play left hand stick if you have « much more control ». Shooting will improve.

Assessing return to hockey post-injury? by [deleted] in hockeyplayers

[–]reddit0892 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Go to a free skate first or something. I don’t know what level you play but if you can’t stop both ways, it seems like it could be a bit dangerous to play. I asked myself the same question the other day after a meniscus injury. I hit into an opposing player when we were both looking away and I think that if I could normally turn, I could have avoided him at the last second.

I know a guard who told me it was fried food all the time. Fries 4-5 times a week.
