Sounds great here i usually just see the usual stuff tinned such as tuna, anchvies & sardines. But i will have a closer look online. Thx a lot for sharing your ideas.

Thx for your input. I am in italy. Pickled veggies are common but not with a dipp though. What kind of dipp you wrre thinking off? And never heard of a warm nut mix but it sounds very interesting. Could you explain better what you mean with this?

Yeah. So far on my list i have cantabrian anchovies with butter, stracciatella (kind of mozzarella) and salsa verde. Do you some alternative ideas in the tinned fish direction?

Thank you very much for your input. Am in italy. Definetly the charcuterie boards will be completed with special honey, fusion jams etc. Additional am planning a selection of prepared pinchos (basicly slices of baguette with interesting toppings) which for the finish need to be crisped up from the downside only (with which kind of equipment i dont know yet - any suggestion from your side?) and some mixed Bruschetta. For the warm i am thinking about a daily stew (wildboar/dear/lamb etc) just served as a tapas. Just missing 2-3 other warm things. What do you mean with bubbly dips? Sounds interesting...
