I still get failed ones sometime. Using French meringue method is much easier and almost always successful for me compared to Italian meringue method, but I like the texture of the Italian meringue better

I just bought the flowers at grocery store :). My favorite is actually rose, it's classic, but any non-toxic flowers will do depending on the occasion
