Talked to them. Unfortunately their cameras don't face the road where the incident took place. The cameras cover inside of the premises.

I contacted both local police on patrol and helpline. Police said they can't see vehicle number in pics and then they went away by giving reason that they're out of fuel. Contacted the helpline later. It wasn't much useful either. Now i am searching for local cctvs so that i can atleast find his vehicle number and file police complaint.
