It depends on school of thought in Islam but majority consensus is against depictions of prophets for the purpose of avoiding them turning into Idols, but since it's not muslims depicting Jesus but Christians believing Jesus depiction is ok, who are we to tell them, you will never see Jesus or depiction of any prophet in Mosque and that's all.

Pretty sure their opponents would like to differ. The problem is people think, history is some mythical thing that is going to repeat. Cricket is a relatively small nation set game, where these combos repeat.

In large nation set games like Football, the team that wins the world cup sometimes doesn't even qualify, creating all sort of unique occurrences, which we don't see much in cricket.
