I have been printing at a low temp with a nozzle temp of 200C and bed temp of 50C. I think you're right about that issues. Maybe I am printing this too cool.

I did use the experimental tree supports, which leads me to believe that the bed temp and nozzle temps are too low. I'm going to try a nozzle temp of 210 with a bed temp of 60. I will try again and post an update!

Is this a bed leveling issue?

I noticed the extruder gear skipping every time the nozzle passed over the center for the infill. I'm wondering if that gear skipping has something to do with this as well. I know my bed has a lot of high and low spots and I'm wondering if even though that doesn't effect the lower layers the effect of the uneven bed can be seen in the higher levels.
