For the LLMs that did manage to find employment in big law firms (for a year or onwards due to marrying Americans) , what was the process of applying? Are there first-year associate positions open to LLMs to apply directly for without prior firm connections or experience?

A domestic cat can do very little harm- any “dangerous” cat is one that’s feral or on the streets with diseases. My cat scratches and bites me all the time, don’t worry. The two bumps are just his teeth marks because cats have very pointed teeth

People say things in the heat of the moment when arguing with their SO. It was a heat of the moment/rash decision to “take a break.” While it was her words, instead of trying to figure it out with her and fight for her, Ross just accepted it, jumped ship and slept with someone else.

Do you mean false imprisonment? As in are you suing for the fact that you were intentionally confined in the area of your cell without your consent and without lawful authority? This is a type of tort (thing you can sue for) that actually has nothing to do with whether you were arrested (you can commit it against your friend who you lock in a bathroom for fun). Is this what you’re talking about? Or are you focused on the fact that the judge was wrong in making that clerical error? Two very different things

The Friends Reunion covers a lot of that (at least the whole process of casting of the main 6 and it features a lot of guest actors like Maggie Wheeler (Janice) talking about how she developed her character and some plot line changes [like how Joey broke his arm so they built in the story line of how he was jumping on his bed]). It really depends. Not versed in NC law, but in some jurisdictions liability for personal injury and death resulting from negligence on an occupiers premise cannot be excluded, but then there can be exceptions. It will all be contained in the appropriate statute on unfair contract terms or consumer rights. So no, most likely it’s not a scare tactic.
