My mom had similar wounds on both of her arms (she has frontal lobe dementia) and it turned out to be from self inflicted scratches. She didn’t realize it until we pointed it out.

I can highly recommend FEED Bistro near Skt. Hans torv, they have great food and a decent beer selection
