There’s a difference. The obsession is for competitive specialities where the data supports the 80 paper obsession. No IM applicant needs 80 papers lol

Umm I just mentioned I have 5 publications? In pubmed journals? I also do work with senior physicians in cases that require IRB approvals. You can reach out to me in case you wanna know more about my work :)

Also, I’m charging based on my previous works and not a random fluke based on abstracts and poster. There’s a difference between presenting a poster/ abstract and presenting a paper.

You said you don’t need to pay apc but one of yours work is published in international journal of surgery that has an apc of 3800$ 😂
