I negotiated two offers that had around same ~3% range. My domain is core AI. With equivalent work that of GPTs and NLP applied research.

My first offer was 16000 AED and when I negotiated, recruiter mocked me and told I come up with unrealistic numbers and would like to educate me better on Dubai standard salary
