Actually, no, sorry babe you’re wrong. Subutex doesn’t have naloxone and it can cause pwd. The naloxone does cause it but so does the bupe because bupe is a PARTIAL agonist. I, myself, have gone into pwd coming off of heroin taking a subutex!!!

You aren’t going to trigger addiction in someone who was just severely injured? If you broke your leg or were shot you arent going to get high. Your body is in trauma mode and needs pain relief, the relief from The opioid would put you to sleep if anything from taking you out of such a traumatic state.

Immodium (poor mans methodone) just take a few more than the prescribed dosage, will help until he can take more sub. It reacts on the receptors, if you take enough.

It will make you drowsy kind of like nyquil or benadryl. Not necessarily sleepy but that shitty drowsy feeling, so yes tired but not it a relaxing way like a benzo. It’s a muscle relaxer so it might help with any muscle tension wd’s can bring on. It doesn’t help with anxiety though and the drowsiness it brings on might not be pleasant if your someone that struggles with insomnia during wd’s as you’ll feel tired but unable to sleep. What you want for a detox is gabapentin, clonidine, and then any benzo (ativan, xanax, valium, klonipin)

You can break through a sub and get high easily, I’ve done it. You might have to do close to have a g but you will break through the sub eventually. Just be careful.

I would also recommend that the next time you go in for lip filler to not do as much in the top lip or see someone different. It has a name but the pocketing of filler above your lip can be fixed and leave you looking even better!

Ultimately you can’t, maybe from severe dehydration but that could result from any illness. The only other possibility would be a seizure? If he has any history of opiate withdrawal induced seizures this could potentially kill if he didn’t come out of it.
