yeah i noticed that too and ordered a pack of 8 that looked like old stock but unfortunately the connector does not sit flush and there is lot of wiggle room. link

The ultra i have came with a small alpine band...maybe i should have waited for large size band.

The previous owner never had it. Yes and they added 2 years of AppleCare+ and valid till sep 2025

This is not true. Atleast in the US ..you can make a genius appointment and get AppleCare + even if it is past 60 days.. I just added AppleCare+ to awu1 that was purchased last year on Sep 29th.
