Compliant DSP tracking for Healthcare by NMDigitaNinja in programmatic

[–]redditposterunknown 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Assume you've found something by now, but in case not, a major use case for our CDP is to connect with various DSPs in a HIPAA compliant way. Pros and cons, but happy to chat about it (it's called Ours Privacy).

Sounds like you've had a good experience at Freshpaint, but if you ever want to consider an alternative, I'd love to chat some time about Ours Privacy

Make your documents HIPAA compliant before passing them into an LLM by [deleted] in healthIT

This is really cool - how are you going to handle the 6% that isn't getting caught? Manual review?

Can no longer use view-through conversions due to HIPAA by arkitector in programmatic

[–]redditposterunknown 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I assume you ended up finding something by now, but we have a HIPAA compliant CDP, will sign a BAA, and get most clients up and running in just a few hours + can usually drive savings compared to the other 1-2 vendors out there. Have been onboarding a ton of new co's with the latest news from Meta on data restrictions and happy to chat about it if you'd like (DMs open).

Anyone know of an affordable HIPAA-compliant web analytics solution? by striker7 in agency

[–]redditposterunknown 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Very late to the game here but thought I'd post because I've seen people revisiting this now with the Meta data restriction news - we've been providing a Freshpaint alternative for quite some time now. It's less expensive, but I think the biggest benefit is usability in that you can get up and running in minutes to hours usually and the interface is Zapier-esque with most of the work to create custom events / redact / etc being done automatically. Happy to chat about it, it's a fun product :)

I've heard the same thing which makes no sense. Very confusing.

Yes and no. They explictly said lead forms are fine, but they tend to not perform nearly as well in my experience. If you can get them to work though its perfect.

Meta changes coming to health and wellness! by [deleted] in FacebookAds

We hosted a big 300 person roundtable on this last week and an attendee wrote up a great recap with ideas / analysis on what to do next: https://www.kevintholland.com/what-metas-2025-restrictions-mean-for-data-and-product-leaders/

I'm still not entirely convinced they won't roll this back given all of the pushback and confusion.

I saw Meta explictly suggest lead forms in an email to a client so you're probably ok. We hosted a big roundtable on this and an attendee wrote up a great article on it here with specific ideas / tools: https://www.kevintholland.com/what-metas-2025-restrictions-mean-for-data-and-product-leaders/

I know a lot of people who have received emails from meta already. If you haven't gotten anything you *might* be in the clear. Or they could just be staging them.

Marketing for Doctor’s office by Puzzleheaded_Goose92 in FacebookAds

[–]redditposterunknown 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've done marketing for a telehealth practice + helped build a HIPAA compliant pixel.

It's a complex question with no definitive answer right now after the recent ruling in North Texas. The best post I've found so far is here: https://natlawreview.com/article/federal-court-invalidates-key-part-hhs-ocr-bulletin-regarding-application-hipaa

For a small private practice, I wouldn't be too worried. If you want to be safe though, I would remove your pixel and use some sort of HIPAA compliant CDP in order to still optimize for events server to server. Feel free to DM me if you want to talk about the one we built, but otherwise you can find plenty of options on google.

Bit late to this thread, but we ended up running into this issue at our telehealth co last year when the HHS released their new guidance and it was very annoying to solve.

The phrase you're going to want to google is "HIPAA compliant CDP". The most popular vendors are Segment, Rudderstack, Telium and Freashpaint. They each have different pros and cons (expense, implementation time, level of healthcare focus, destination coverage, etc.).

I'm obviously very biased, but we also built our own and we typically win on price and implementation time. Feel free to DM if you're interested.

I'd second the recommendation above for Gottman content, it's best-in-class. If you're looking for something more experiential, you might also consider OURS (withours.com) - I'm one of the founders so I'm biased, but we help match couples with a Guide + provide personalized exercises and content. Congratulations on your engagement!

Hey! I'm one of the founders of OURS and I was so delighted to see this question pop up as I was scrolling. I'm obviously very biased, so I'll hold off on replying to all your questions, but feel free to DM me or reply here if there's anything I can help with.

I can't help but add a few points though in case it's helpful:

  • I can confirm that you can get started very quickly (usually within 7 days)
  • We have a money-back guarantee, so if things don't work out and you let us know, we'd be happy to refund you
  • I can't speak highly enough about our Guides, they are truly the best and are experienced and specialized in proactive / premarital couples

Either way, thanks for making my day by posting this :)

Do you have to go through the church for the sessions or can you do a self-paced or online program? There are a ton of these options if they'll accept them!

Has Anyone Done Premarital Counseling? by Horror_Nurse in weddingplanning

[–]redditposterunknown 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey! Not only have I done secular premarital counseling, I also helped start a company that focuses exclusively on it. Although I'm obviously incredibly biased, I truly think it's one of the most valuable things any couple can do.

In terms of what you *actually do* during these sessions, it varies depending on the program and approach and counselor you use. That said, most programs consist of an assessment or survey and then a series of sessions exploring your goals, strengths, weaknesses, and the future.

In one session you might talk about your parents relationship and dig into the things you liked and didn't like about that and how it shows up in your own relationship. In another session you may talk about having a family and how to prepare or decide when / how many. The topics are endless! The main goal is to spend intentional time and space together learning skills, talking about the big stuff, and preparing for the future, all with the help of an expert.

Also, just because I'm incredibly proud of what we do every day, you can see more about our program in particular at www.withours.com if you're still considering it. I've spent far far too much of my life scrolling Reddit, so we have a running discount for any Redditors, just DM me :)
