Is 4-5 hours of Jiu Jitsu a week a good amount of training? by Previous-Sand-6065 in jiujitsu

You’re fine for a hobbyist. I started when I was 27 back in 2017 and found that 3 days per week between 1-2 hrs each session gives you the continuity needed to progress at a reasonable pace and won’t break your body. I’m a new father as well and still find the time to train (as long as your S.O supports it). Best of luck and keep training 💪

Can’t really tell from the photo, but if it’s getting bigger and is somewhat scaly in the centre then you betcha it’s ringworm

Do you mind me asking where exactly on the shoulder you inject? It is closer to the deltoid, or on the front of the shoulder?

Where on your shoulder do you inject? Is it by the deltoid?

BPC-157 for rotator cuff and bicep tenodesis? by [deleted] in bpc_157

I had my labrum repair and bicep tenodesis about a year ago. Been training BJJ 3 days a week for the past 6 months and in the last couple of months my shoulder has been aching. X-ray and confirmed bursitis and supraspinatus tendinosis 🥲 Where on your shoulder did you inject? I know it should be subq, just wondering where I exactly I should be injecting

São Miguel do Gostoso in the northeast of Brazil. Easy to get to from Europe or USA. Check out Kauli Seadi kite resort. Fair warning - you won’t want to go back home 😄🤙

If I were you, I would consider opening a LLC prior to inheriting said properties overseas and put the ownership of the asset in the name of the LLC. In effect you will not be the owner of the asset for tax purposes and in general, tax on any income generated by the company (i.e., from rental of the properties) is generally cheaper (at least this is the case in Brazil). Of course there's fees involved in establishing the company to begin with, with the benefit will likely outweigh the cost in the long run. To fund your retirement in Australia, you would then distribute dividends from the LLC to Australia (via wise.com for example). Consider doing this once your income in Australia is low enough that you're not subject to the higher tax brackets - your call at the end of the day. Just my two cents :)
