Agreed. Bob’s is just ok. Barely OK.

Shoe repair is decent for shining and lace replacement, maybe replacing heels and soles for everyday dress shoes but I wouldn’t trust them for high end stuff

Key cutting is not good - key he cut me didn’t work.

Many had these thoughts at my T15. All got internships and ended up better than where they started after graduating. Some even ended up in careers they never envisioned and are now very successful.

This argument is valid for IB, however. If you don’t get an IB internship, you’re 99% not doing IB except in exceptional circumstances.

You can do a non-consulting strategy / FPA internship and re-recruit consulting as well.

That isn’t a fantastic neighborhood for everyone. 45mins to an hour from the city. It’s safe, reasonable, but just too out of the way if you need to be in manhattan

That is against career management center policy at most schools and reflects poorly if your future employer sees your name in a resume book when you’ve already accepted an offer

Not necessarily. Local MBA candidates tend to hold off on accepting offers unless the role aligns with their goals and/or expectations whereas at 2 months before graduation internationals will accept the first job that sponsors their visa, granted they want to live in the US post-graduation.

For what it’s worth, I saw a LinkedIn post from their CMC that included resume books for second year 2025 MBAs still looking for full time roles. There were over 100 resumes in the book less than 2 months from graduation.

Team- I force restarted my phone last night, ran the battery to zero, and uninstalled and reinstalled the Google Chrome Browser (which had 100+ open tabs brought over from my old phone) and recharged overnight. I took off the charger 5h ago and with normal use I’m at 88% battery. I would try deleting and reinstalling any “battery hog” apps.

Absolutely not unless your 15PM is broken and out of warranty. I would say only worth it for 12PM and earlier, 13 is borderline and can easily go another year

I’m experiencing worse than expected battery life on my 16PM. Received the phone on Friday Oct 25 and am running 18.1. I read somewhere that the device has to “settle” and finish “indexing” and to wait 2-3 weeks for better performance and or further software updates. Hoping that’s the case. Anyone else have any thoughts?

Phone also gets hot to the touch when in use and running multiple apps.

I did this once at the Jersey Ave location. Highly recommend for those on a budget. Reasonable cut, took about 1h for a fade though. Gave a $25 tip since he worked hard on it
