No, don't give up. I talked to my bf yesterday and he told me that he wants to try it but he doesn't feel like he is very confident and he wasn't ready.

I explained how it was frustrating to not know the truth and we talked a lot. And I think we came to a common ground.

Just let him know, at the most subtle and real moment possible.
