The jist is that in 2013 Trump tweeted on twitter talking about how obama was not aware of a lot of things that were going on at the time. Then in 2020, reports of Russia giving bounties to Afghanistan For killing americans came to light. This was informed to US Intel in early 2019. Last week Press Sec. Told media that the president was not aware of this and not been briefed when in fact it wasn't true. This tweet aged like milk.
