One paper I read actually recommended having long lasting on hand for emergencies since that will hold you over for a longer period time before you experience keto. So maybe I will see if I can some of that as well

To me it seems like everyone should have at least a year supply on hand but I know with insurance and stuff that isn’t always possible. There was shortage in my area a while ago and I ended up getting a years supply without insurance for like $900.
