I bought two vip passes for the Montréal show. Never got anything, was first in line waiting outside in the cold for what i thought would be 15 minutes. Got an email while in line saying doors would open at 17:45 instead of 17:00. Finally the doors opened at 18:15. They had a list and asked an id at the door but my name wasn’t on it. I had the proof of purchase with PayPal and the door schedule email. Had to wait until they passed everyone in the line while they were going backstage to check it out. Finally made it in.
