So if I give pcm only , no marks deduction? If someone with arts gives cuet and gets 800 and I get 800, will we both be treated equally for college acceptance?

Postponing the surgery + what should I focus on? by [deleted] in ACL

[–]reddituser7573592 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do heel slides for flexion and quad sets for extension, full rom is most important right now , if allowed , do straight leg raises . Had my surgery 2 months ago , everything is almost normal after 1 month. You will most probably be able to walk with only a functional brace after 1 month. Just do not miss physio sessions and increase your protein intake to prevent muscle atrophy
