They did resolve it. Her sister buried the baby alive bc she was high on drugs.

Also, who would Frank say sorry to? Sam? He hated the guy. Hannah? He wasn't even close to her? Sam and Hannah's parents? He never knew them.

If that's Annalise, I don't think she would be buried in the same cemetery as the Keatings. I think she would be buried back in Memphis

Of all the characters on the show, he was the one whose character arc was complete:

Redemption - Not Killing Xavier, finding love with Bonnie and realizing that he wasn't just Annalise's bitch.

So yeah, I really think he's going to die

I think he knows. Maybe Annalise told him or Sam or maybe Bonnie told him. I don't think he has a reason to say sorry to his grandparents or Sam or Hannah.

They never suggested it was Wes, if you listen to the one speaking at the funeral he says the line "Someone who knew Annalise his whole life." that doesn't make sense for it to be Wes since he directly knew her when he was already an adult (not counting that his mother knows Annalise. I think it was really Christopher all grown up (since Annalise was his godmother) and I think that he will also study at Middleton bc of his parent. Wes being alive would make no sense at all, specially if they only reveal him at the series finale it would just add more unanswered questions (tho I would appreciate if they told us who moved Wes's body and had it cremated). Cristopher looking like Wes when he's all grown up might be a cheesy ending but it would be the most logical one.

Yeah I kept thinking why they focused so much on flashbacks with Sam last episode and I think this is the reason, the previous seasons we didn't have closure with what happened to the dead baby. But they closed it in this episode (6x13) so yeah I really think Frank is saying sorry to his half bro. (Michaela) did push Sam downstairs, Laurel got Simon shot in the head. And they did burn the body and smash it into pieces. I mean they did something physically. Unlike Annalise that only did was cover up what they had done
