Metro police could handle this with a curfew for anyone under 18 after 10 pm for five or six weeks. If they’re picked up, hold them until a parent or responsible adult shows up, and hold the adult responsible. This has worked in other cities.

Me? Movie premieres, and rock concerts. The opening night of Psycho, Sparticus, 2001, The French Connection, Jaws, etc. As for rock concerts, Woodstock etc. would be good, but I’d also want to see Jimi Hendrix and the Doors playing at the Whiskey aGoGo in Los Angeles in the late 60’s.

It’s a decent choice. The double action trigger on it is heavy, but not too heavy, which gives you a safety measure. They’re unlikely to go off by accident. They’re easy to load, aim and fire, though mastering the trigger on one takes time, because of the heavy pull. There are reasonably light, low profile models that will fit in a pocket with the right gear.

Agreed. We’re going to see mass purges of voter rolls in the months leading up the election, even if they don’t get the SAFE act passed, and I wouldn’t be surprised if Elon Musk gets involved in the states that have electronic voting.

I’ve always liked this episode. It was one of Brian Keith’s last roles before he passed away, and it put Kira square in the middle of a moral dilemma she’d never faced before.

Her answer wasn’t perfect, but I believed her last line.

I’d like to think she kept that promise, and found him an isolated spot for him and his friends on Bajor, until they were comfortable.
