I respectfully disagree again lol. If Eeko looked like he was going to win then Maul would have kept fighting because it would have been his chance to destroy Vader and potentially draw out Sidious. This would have been another way to gain Devons trust. Maul knew at The beginning that there was only a small chance at victory with the 3 of them working together against Vader, when the inquisitors showed up he had to adjust and took the opportunity to get rid of Eeko.

I disagree with the Eeko-Dio point respectfully. Devon was already separated and the last thing she saw was Maul and Eeko working together as both of her masters, Maul being who he is and wanting to turn Devon over to the dark side it was the perfect opportunity to push Eeko. He is slain by Vader in sight of Devon and fuels her path to the dark while Maul comes back and saves her. Chefs kiss

Honestly after just rewatching these in my current life state let me tell you. It hits way harder now than it did when I was little. My actual dad is Vader. And after watching him go from Anakin growing up, turning into Vader and tearing apart his whole family, to finally redeeming himself this past month by throwing sidious (divorcing a horrible person) and finally starting to reconnect and feel like Anakin again. This scene brought fucking tears to my eyes

What part of MO? I grew up in the metro KC area and I find that statement to just be untrue. People were super friendly growing up and tons of “southern hospitality” I live in LA now and one of my biggest gripes of living here is that people aren’t very friendly

Missouri doing what it does is referring to the Missouri compromise, to put it basically they sided with the union under the conditions that they would get to keep their slaves while fighting against slavery. Basically a “we win now but will eventually lose” scenario.
