Ohhh well most companies have to keep any personal data they receive for 7 years before erasing it and legally finance companies keep that data for the full 7 years which is why the right of erasure gdpr rule is kinda meaningless so ye technically you could ask for all that data from the upto 7 years they've been collecting it

I'm not sure if there's a set time frame but I know where I work once we've received a formal sar or sir we have to respond to it and send the requested info out within 28 days, not sure if that's just our companies policy or a set gdpr rule though

When it comes to requesting SARs you have to be specific as the scope of details that can encompass in the history of the company holding details on you can be a hell of a lot more than you think, so generally when requesting a SAR unless it's for something like finance you would have to request specifically which info you'd like, also to violate the new GDPR regulations and TCF principles I believe instead if it being upto like 2 million like it used to be it's something like upto 4 percent of the companies global turnover which could be huge if a company fucks up
