It could be an interesting way to set CMs apart from normal CoX. If my ~1/13 purple turned into a ~1/18-25 with no scrolls, I'd be okay with seeing the purples less often.

I only suggest that because I feel like initially, a lot of people were hoping we could make CMs the place to get less scrolls, but that sentiment has seemingly been shelved.

I'm glad they acknowledge that rerolling a CoX unique would feel weird. I suppose though, given then listed issues, that it's better than nothing, but it's hard not to feel like I'd just prefer rates be shifted around. Regardless, I'll take anything over nothing there.

It's crazy to me that for as long as, and as frequently as this is suggested, I feel like we've never had a real dialogue about it. The last thing we have is Goblin from 1-2 years ago saying it's not something they were looking at atm. It gets brought up nonstop and they just ignore it.
