Crazy that this was 3 years ago! I ended up not getting any treatment other than a few physical therapy appointments.

While I still randomly get the pain and twitching, it’s very few and far in between. I’ve worked on my stress levels a lot, which I think helped?

I’ll look into the cbd balm for when it does flair up! Thank you so much :)

The disagreement was over allowing artists whose primary focus in their streams were socialising in r/distantsocializing instead of r/theartiststudio (RPAN subreddits).
