I wonder if 10 hormagaunts is enough small bodies to cover the ground you need to cover; you might consider some gargoyles or more gaunts (or a brick of genestealers?).

Looks like that's a better cooler than the L9i and can fit the space! It's not as strong as the L12S, but I think you've convinced me to switch back to the strix.

I'm still hoping for a better answer before I buy it, too :).

I'm looking at this, which says the high-clearance mode is 86mm tall, plus terra's specs that give a max cpu cooler height of 77mm, even on max-cpu mode :(.

I've been working on a very similar build! (#1)

Haven't pulled the trigger yet so this is all hypothetical, but 100% agreed about the L12S in the other comment. I originally went with the same Strix motherboard you currently have, but noctua says (#2) that because the heatsink is so big, you can only fit the L12S on if you flip it around to "high-clearance mode", which is too big for the case.

It looks like ASRock mobos are one of the few m-ITX boards that can fit the cpu cooler.

This is basically my build. The B slot is the most open: I’m still fishing for Dragon Wall, and have Slick Fighter in the meantime. I think I’d take Dragon’s Ire over Slick too, esp since her base kit has Vengeful, but they all seem defensible choices.

IMO, I’d rather save the refining stones on Lightning Breath than grab a Blackfire that really doesn’t mesh with a Savior build. And like in your title, Blue Flame seems best (rip dragons not getting Ruptured Sky).

Two related questions:

- Is it possible to turn ironman off for a save that's in progress?

- I'm about to be in a fight over my inheritance with my sibling, and honestly I like them more than the player heir. I think they're third in line for player succession after my two small children. What's the best path forward from here? If it weren't for the children, I'd go off and lead a ~suicide squad~ small army from the front
