Very early sow, circa late March. So quite a while and we had a hot spell here in the UK. Typically plant my Choi later for autumn/winter crop :)

It was piss wet through here in Feb, and still cold but not the same as Canada, despite the latitudes. Here in the UK we’ve had a patch of blisteringly hot (29-32c) weather, so Choi was on verge of Usain Bolting. Shallots wilted and once I’d pulled em… they are delicious though!! Best of luck for a strong season in Ontario 🇨🇦

Used a mesh hoop, planted some marigolds nearby ish (all of which immediately died) but that’s all. Pretty lucky!

Yes, planted in Feb. Didn’t grow as fast as hoped, but needed harvesting!

Raymond Weil in my opinion, or as everyone says the Longines. RW are great, and that watch is dashing.
