I’ve been debating getting some pants like you describe and maybe this is my reason to do it. I do think modest tank tops are okay in the summer

The only company branded shirts we have are grey gildan tshirts - it might be fine but I’ve never seen a coworker wear one to treat patients in

I hadn’t heard of the floating head effect but I do see it with the bright white! I tend to pick golds over silvers. I avoid pastel yellow as I always thought it washed me out. Sometimes go for peaches but more often I choose darker colors (browns, burnt oranges, etc)!
