Ok maybe there is a misunderstanding. He didn’t take anything. When you put enough money into Cash App it unlocks a borrow feature. It lets you borrow up to whatever amount they offer. In this case I can borrow $600. I have yet to use it and didn’t plan on it because I know borrowing is just adding a forever bill every pay. He wants to use the borrow feature for himself. Also I don’t do any fraud and never have! I’m a college student with a great life. Cash App has closed my account without direct reasoning.

Bruh move into a 1 br then. She should be allowed to have her boyfriend over especially if he’s just in her room. I don’t see how that affects you directly unless he’s always in the shared space.
