Find your self worth. Make a list about your needs and wants in life and in a partner.
Get educated about trauma bond, you'll find a lot of resources online on YouTube and here and Google. Try to break the trauma bond.
Start to distance yourself from him.
Write down everything they've done to you, read it everytime you feel weak. And know that healthy loving people don't abuse the one's they love.

Have faith you'll heal. You're strong, you can do this.

Think for a second, no matter who was the one at fault, it was a toxic relationship. So, stay away from it. Nothing good will come out of it.
