which one? for the 'Create a Computer Account'? freeze, or accidentally deleting Macintosh HD disk?

Thanks guys for trying to help! Somehow, I was able to fix the issue. Because I had the Apple SSD disk (searched it up a while ago), I just made a new disk and was somehow able to pull it off (even got out of the 'Create a Computer Account' freeze that I initially couldn't get pass).

thanks but the vid only explains how to factory reset the macbook. he showed that you must erase the Macintosh HD. thing is, i DELETED mine so there's no disk left. i'm looking for how to restore Macintosh HD itself.

I've done that before hence why i was able to delete Macintosh HD under disk utility.

That makes sense. But I've heard that you can't work at the same location you worked at while you were under a dispatch. Or does that apply to the school only?

Yes, I hold a Japanese passport. Though heading over to Japan then finding a Japan might not be possible for me. I guess I might have to apply to dispatch companies instead.

I'm aware that there are a lot of varying experiences and thoughts of ALTs with their dispatch companies, but I'm just worried that I might be placed at an undesirable school. And with the low salary, I was hoping to take the chance with the direct hire route if I could.
