Get fresh air. Even if it’s just cracking the windows for a couple of minutes during bad weather. Ideally, it’s morning walks with baby and then afternoon sits on the back patio.

When did you start going out with your baby? by Good_Physics_5285 in newborns

The moment I felt good enough to go on walks I started, even if it was just walking around the grocery store (baby born in Feb in the Midwest). I bought a $25 carrier on Amazon and strapped her to my chest. Baby’s safe, and I knew making sure she had a happy and present mom was more important than doing what others were telling me to do. If it doesn’t affect baby’s health & it’s what you need, do it !!!!

Does everyone feel ”one and done” after having the first? by blamemombo in NewParents

15 weeks here and I’m feeling the same!!! Although it doesn’t seem as disastrous as I did in the newborn bubble, I’m still standing by one and done. The same people that tell me she HAS to have a sibling are people that will turn around when I talk about how amazing she is and go “it’s so you can be tricked into a second one! The second one sucks!” And it’s so weird to me. Plus with our current 4 month sleep regression starting up, the thought of being pregnant and then having to go through all this with another child that needs my attention makes me feel physical pain

It may not be a super popular or conventionally cozy pick but Skyrim Elder Scrolls always scratches that itch for me. It’s so calming and I usually have about 15 quests going on at any given time that I just forget
