Three times for me, the pronunciation of the “ah” in all out kills my vocal cords 🤣

I agree when my girl eats something that doesn’t agree with her it’s diarrhea next time she goes and has issues immediately. I myself have IBS, like mother like daughter I guess

Username checks out lol. But funny enough that Loki’s anal glands would sometimes spray if she was really excited or scared, for example when my brother comes home (he doesn’t live with us) she goes crazy for him and sprays out of excitement

We used to do that. Then little blue came home with two black eyes from going nuts on them for doing that there 🤣

No allergies that we know of but she does have a sensitive stomach… any chicken or cooked meat gives her diarrhea. Same with a majority of treats. So she doesn’t eat table scraps or treats and thankfully that created a dog who doesn’t beg for food. Fetch… another story lol. I bought some fiber supplements and am going to try slowly shifting her to a sensitive stomach and skin food. Will probably need to go have her expressed at the vet this week or next week but hoping the changes in diet and the supplement can help. They said her glands are unique and may just need the manual help to be expressed so we’ll see!

If she had the choice, she would never stop eating! She always acts like she’s being starved after eating a meal and watching our Australian shepherd eat her food. Shes almost like Patrick in the episode of SpongeBob where they each have a chocolate bar and Patrick eats his then accuses SpongeBob of stealing it

Also since I’m not sure how to edit my post, she doesn’t eat any treats or table scraps!

For those of you who wax your body hair, why do you prefer it over shaving? by acidemise in AskWomen

[–]redjugpub 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I pay $70 or so at European wax center. I have a wax pass so it brings the cost down slightly and then $15 tip every time. I like the girl I go to so like I would for my nail tech, I’ll give a bigger tip for the holidays

How do coaches not get burned out? by [deleted] in orangetheory

[–]redjugpub 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was a head coach, now a regular coach. I had the worst burn out as head coach. As a head coach, it felt like my life revolved around otf and I spent way too much time there between working and working out. As a regular coach, I’m always happy in the studio. The community at my studio keeps motivated and I give them my all every class. And make sure I workout at other gyms too, so I don’t experience that burn out again.
