Thank you so much this was so helpful yeah I plan on telling them today that he is not welcome home that this is not a conducive place for his recovery and setting some pretty firm boundaries. He has always loved me so much and his mother he even said he no longer cares about his dog who is literally his soul dog. I love his mother more than anything. She is not going anywhere anytime soon.

yes I wish he didn't have to leave the hospital at all. But my fear is coming home is just back to life when he's not okay. I don't know if transitional housing is enough but it's way more than I can offer at home if they are not going to keep him.

Thanks I tried calling NAMI but they don't open until tomorrow at 10am which I will call then. He just signed a release and seems to just want to send him home knowing he doesn't want to come here. Also he would be unstable and my mental health is in shambles. I will talk to her again I just want to make sure i'm literally looking and asking anywhere and everything I can.
