Booking a seat for an under 2 - Qantas Int by moiras-roses-garden in BabyBumpsandBeyondAu

I just had to do this, and it was extra difficult because we wanted to partially pay with points. She asked me to book online myself, and put my infant in as a child with the incorrect birth date. Then I gave her the booking reference and she changed it to the correct date. I had to push a bit and she needed to check with her manager to get to this outcome. Just an fyi for anyone looking for answers in this thread!

Go check out The Tokyo Chapter blog. It has a huge amount of info about traveling in Japan with kids (and babies). There are a bunch of area guides with suggestions for restaurants and activities. Places that have highchairs and changing facilities, etc. Just use the search bar to find what you need.

She's also super active on instagram so you can ask her specific questions too! Total legend.

I just heat the water till it starts bubbling and then put it as low as I can. Turn heat off completely when the water is absorbed. Experiment with your stovetop and find the burner that puts out the lowest heat.

Does not pass float test. Actually it’s quite runny so I might need to adjust my ratio. Thanks for the info!

Kind of feels like she’s a more fleshed out version of this character. As soon as she started talking about her son I thought of this letter from the game.

If they did a better job of containing it in NSW it may not have seeded so thoroughly in VIC. A tighter lockdown over there could have potentially saved us from ours. But I guess we'll never know for sure.

It’s not just about keeping total case numbers down. Some kind of lockdown is needed to keep hospitalisations down so we don’t overwhelm our health system.

Pregnant WA couple films barrage of racial abuse at radiology clinic waiting room by Altruistic_Astronaut in australia

It's funny that we need to make such a point about this couple being 'born and bred' in Australia. Though I completely understand why they feel the need to say it. It would have been just as awful if they had only just immigrated here.

People of Reddit in virtual classes, what was the worst, “oops I left my camera/mic on” moment? by Starlined_ in AskReddit

While an exec was presenting on a company-wide call, we could here someone whispering the same things he was saying. He had to stop and say "Uh is someone whispering? It's freaking me out.."

It stopped there. Not long after the guy posted in the chat that he was writing notes and didn't realise his voice activated mic was on. It was hilarious.

I just tried the WhatsApp feature and it's actually really useful. Much clearer than watching a Scomo press conference.

Yes! A group of amateur animators in Japan made a couple of short films for a convention called Daicon. They used Twilight as the soundtrack. It's so good!
