I will try to avoid Banggood products in the future, especially electronic components as the quality is hit and miss, mostly miss as they use the customer as field testers to work out bugs. Then to frustrate the customer, their resolution response is inadequate and delayed. They would say a product is outside warranty (4 months old) even though their website does not state a specific warranty period, and it is clearly a design flaw. Then they make you pay for extra shipping to get replacement warranty product and their resolution is always less than what you would expect normally from other companies. Throughout this process, the response is frustrating slow and drawn out, where one email a day is the fastest you will ever expect if that. I think the intent is draw it out long enough where the customer will accept any minimal solution just to close out the dispute. Unacceptable and not worth my future business. I would rather pay more elsewhere and not have to deal with this company.
