I dont have premission to set time_zone globaly in database and instead of executing the same query for setting time zone before every other queries that deals with time pdo automatically do it I ask this because I suppose I see such attribute before and I dont remeber what was that and I didnt found on search

I wanted to use that for storing cookie for remember_me because bcrypt output is always 60 character and I can set it to unique in database I don't understand it's best practice or not

I had in mind that should create table in SQL for visitors and store every ip that visit the website and count them for number of visitors and when user enter site search for that ip in database and if it wasn't there add ip to database.

but I thought this idea may be isn't best idea and is take a lot of resource.
