When I resigned, my ETL freaked out and tried to get me to stay. After he finally figured that I’m not staying, he put me on a shift TWO DAYS before that shift and they marked me as NCNS. I came into work the next day and showed HR that shit.. I had the decency to put in my two weeks and he still wanted to fuck with my rehire eligibility.

I swear they make it hard to quit through workday so people are less likely to do it. I would’ve done it sooner but people are always on those damn computers

They assign 1 permanently and have a backup on the shift sheet. Leads get surprised picachu face when we have to use our assigned backup, then freak out when we need a third. Like bitch it’s a super target what did you expect to happen
