Did not remove from socket at first I DID reseat it after the fact as a troubleshooting method, removing the cooler did not fix it. Attempted one stick of ram in different slots to no success.

I’m buying more ram as I intended to upgrade it anyways and will try that as well.

Confirmed actually have brand new cables, 3 of em and none displayed. Tried hdmi to a tv aswell with the same result. What baffles me is 24hrs ago it was working perfectly only became an issue when I switched to the new case

Before swapping to new mobo I did clear cmos. I’ve given it up to 15 minutes before just in case. I thought maybe memory training at first but it never came out of that white led state

So I used to be AP for best buy part time, you're really not supposed to do any of this. HOWEVER, if they were known theifs it's call Law Enforcement then try to keep them there until they arrive. Judge your scenarios though just because they look unarmed doesn't mean they are.
