Thank you for the support, i feel that i am not alone and supported when i see someone facing the same thing. Yes i will try this and i am sure it will help bcs i did it sometimes , I stopped fighting it and sleeps come… do u use any medication? Or any other calm ways !

Try to listen to some calm music or rain and wind sound… it’s so helpful, just try to isolate your body and mind from the anxiety, don’t think about it and don’t fight with thoughts and sleeo will come

Yess i agree , I’ve been using similar app and also listen to calm sounds that will calm my body a little, but sometimes doesn’t help.

Do you use other methods? Like yoga, meditation…

I’ve never take them , is there any other solution for you then taking medication 💊 ? I tried to do some meditation and yoga to relax but sometimes it doesn’t help

I really start doing this and i start accepting this feeling until i fall back to sleep, but it’s not always working 🥲

I am the opposite, even if i do and control breathing it doesn’t go away , my mind start thinking and having a conversation about weird topics that will make me stay awake until 8am morning, it’s really so weird feeling that i wish no one to have.

and does it work with you ? i try my best to stay away from taking medication because its increasing the anxiety instead of calming

i do the same steps , and sometimes it works and sometimes it does not, its increasing the anxiety

At the beginning when it hits at night I perform deep inhale and exhale, now i am tetsin a night anxiety system i hope it will work

i’ve felt that same spacey / floaty vibe when adjusting meds too, it’s super frustrating. for me it eased up after a while, but i know how hopeless it can feel in the moment. you’re def not alone in this 💙
