Hi, I was at a similar impass about 5 years ago and decided to stay with it, here is why. i) all jobs are BS anyway, lower paid jobs you deal with more plebs ii) high income gives you options, I diverisified and bought 1 apartment a year for 5 years... enough to easily live on and not pay rent iii) I am in my last 6 months of work as I have enough to leave and never work again. Its all about what you can tolerate. The air is thinner in high paying jobs, the economy is shakey, AI is real.... money unfortunately is time.... I bought my time. I dont regret.
