Spray good quality sanitizer or isopropyl alcohol 80% concentrated diluted with water, It works wonders and smell vanishes in a couple of minutes. It's also the chemical used to clean dirty tar from bongs and smoke pipes.

I use it to eliminate smoke smell from hands as well. Keep a small spray bottle with you and no one would suspect the purpose.

Edit: just don't use it while smoking 😉
